So today we had a perfect day for the TT Races! The weather was absolutely magnificent with the intel gained last night working out to be extremely useful. We cabbed it to Crosby crossroads and followed the very accurate directions given to us by Dave at the BBQ last night. About a 1/2 mile walk down a side road then through a walkway and accross a paddock and we had arrived at our viewing spot for the day. It was right beside the course in the front yard of a church hall. All the facilities were there. Lovely cakes, shepards/cottage pie, seats from the hall to watch the racing, toilets etc etc. Non alcoholic drinks of course, but as this is being typed, we have moved along to the Crosby pub at the end of the racing. A magnificaent day's racing including the Electric Bikes, Supersport (600cc) and the Sidecars. The day really did confirm what we already knew. The guys and girls racing on this course are extremely brave and prepared to live on the edge. The Marshalls were extremely friendly and gave us an excellent insight in to how the race was run. Adrian would love to return and do that one day!
